Initial release for 1.19.4
Even though the jump from 1.19.3 to 1.19.4 sounds small, it required bigger changes than usual to FirstAid.
Addon mods need to upgrade to the new API (which had to been changed due to MC changes) to work with the 1.19.4 version of FirstAid.
