- Move config init to earlier point. Fixing datapack fails when using flan commands in them
- Add required claimblocks to chat feedback when claiming and failing
- Fix usernames in default claim names
- Fix nullpointer with dynmap and worldedit (or "fake worlds" stuff)
- Add permission to prevent hurting named entities
