- Claim permission fields now use snake_case:
- Old permission json will still work but throw a warning
- Removed description field as thats done via a language file
- name key is `flan.permission.<id>`
- description key is `flan.permission.<id>.desc`. see the mods language file for examples
- Removed `use3d` command. Its now merged with `switchMode`
- Show mode when holding tool
- Fix 3d subclaims not possible
- Update command formatting and translations
- Fix particle display not showing claim edges
- Claim tools now show nearby claims instead of only the one the player is currently in
