Flan 1.12.0

- Datapack directory now updated. Now have a prefix `flan`. This is a backport from future version requirements
- `claim_permissions` -> `flan/claim_permission` (plural also removed)
- `claim_interactions_override` -> `flan/claim_interactions_override`
- This will make old datapacks not work anymore!
- Update confirm command info
