Port to Minecraft 26.2; fix screen flicker on activation
- Ported to Minecraft 26.2.x (single build for the entire 26.2.x family)
- Updated dependencies: Fabric API 0.154.0+26.2, fabric-key-mapping-api-v1 2.0.5, ModMenu 20.0.0-beta.4
- Fixed screen flickering on activation by replacing `Minecraft.setScreenAndShow(...)` with `Minecraft.gui.setScreen(...)`. Behavior is now identical to 26.1.
