Refactor the project, a lot of improvements.
- No longer require a dimension switch screen
- Fixes world manager issues which fix some other issues
- Cleaned up the code!
- Fix some problems with chunk rewriter (ClientboundSectionBlocksUpdatePacket)
- Switch to Kotlin (gradle)
