Fixed wind strength desynching on dimension change, and updated to 26.1
Note: deleting 1.2.3 and 1.2.2 versions. Changes in those:
1.2.2: made it so server sends wind strength to client instead of client using its own potentially desynched config
1.2.3: removed wind in spectator and while climbing
