**Completed the first module "announcement" with full announcement management functionality.
Main command: /guildmodule
The module has been added to the file for download and trial.
First, add `modules-announcement.jar` to `\plugins\GuildPlugin\modules`, then either run the command `/guildmodule load announcement.jar` or restart the server to load the module.
Finally, you can use the announcement management feature in the GUI.**
