Fixed many problems with greater breed on ender dragon:
- Now properly plays the kill animation
- Now properly checks for health threshold of 5%
- Now properly prevents farming eggs during death animation
- Now properly deals just enough damage by the player to not inflate statistics (not that anyone cared)
Greater breed in general will no longer work on mobs with 0 health.
