Changes:
- Update to Surveyor 1.1
- Allow viewing other dimension maps by pressing `[` and `]`, including correct nether scale
- Add config `[dimensions] scales` to adjust the order of dimensions in the cycle.
- Fix pixel accuracy of block hovering
- Use bucket as default marker for liquids, and play bucket sound when knocking on liquids
