Changes:
* machines can made with deepslate now :>
* hopper can take bucket out of fuel slot now (controll by "igneous-machines:fuel_remainder" item tag)
* crafter no longer eat your buckets in fuel slot.
* crafter now check NBT tag in item.
* more crafter code clean up.
