- Clean up the config GUI stuff
- Fix recipes not saving to file
- Take the changes and additions from the recent LiteLoader port, see [here](https://modrinth.com/mod/item-scroller/version/0.11.1-dev.20180301.160434) for most of the changes
- Add JAR signing, bump Forge and mappings versions
- Add `Drop key + Click + Drag` with the item drop key held down to drop items
- Add `W/S + Clicking` to move items up or down in the inventory
