Ported M-Tape 1.2.0 (for LiteLoader 1.10.2) to Fabric 1.16.4.
The code is mostly identical, however the rendering code was updated and dependence on LiteLoader events was replaced with Fabric API events and mixins. The `getBlockLookingAt` function was also done away with in favor of `MinecraftClient.crosshairTarget`. Toggling M-Tape also gives feedback in chat now.
