Fabric and NeoForge. Completes #14, thanks to @filiphsps.
### Added
- Generic screen control for the client (#14): `get_ui` lists the widgets of the open screen,
`click_widget` clicks one by id or label and `set_text_field` types into a text field. New
capability group `ui` behind the new `enableUiControl` flag, which is off by default and also
needs `enablePlayerControl`. Vanilla screens are limited to the pause, title, death, options,
advancements, statistics, confirmation and container screens; the world, server, chat, link,
LAN, online options, player report, resource pack and command block screens are refused, and so
are the Quit Game, Realms and Reset Demo World buttons.
### Changed
- Every MCP tool now states all four hints (`readOnlyHint`, `destructiveHint`, `idempotentHint`,
`openWorldHint`), so clients no longer assume the spec defaults (destructive, non-idempotent, open
world) for tools that only move the player or set input. Tools that reach other players (`send_chat`,
`message_player`, `kick_player`, `run_command`, `join_world`) are marked open-world.
