1. Added an [option](https://github.com/antigers/melancholic_hunger/issues/17) to disable health regen after reaching max health
2. Added an option to limit stack sizes for food items from Farmer's Delight (enabled by default)
3. Added tooltips for placeable food block items from Farmer's Delight that show full amount of health that these items provide
