Changes

## MC-Sync 2.2.3 | | | |---|---| | Version | `2.2.3` | | Loader | forge | | Minecraft | 1.8.8 - 1.9.3 | Servers running `update.mode: install` (the default) pick this build up on their next restart -- it is downloaded and staged automatically, and nothing is ever restarted for you. Everyone else replaces the jar by hand. An update never moves you to a different Minecraft version: this build only ever offers itself to servers on the versions listed above.
