**1.2.0 — Stranded Soldiers integration (optional pairing)**
When [Stranded Soldiers](https://modrinth.com/mod/stranded-soliders) is installed on the **same Minecraft version**, portal defenders tagged `stranded_defender` receive Civil War faction targeting after their spawn AI is configured. Defenders keep Stranded Soldiers player focus and no defender-on-defender infighting, and gain faction enemies (Illagers, Undead, Spiders) at priority 2.
Neither mod requires the other — install both with matching `+mc<version>` JARs to enable cross-mod battles at ruined portals.
