## Configuration Persistence Fix
- Fixed `chickens.cfg` settings reverting to defaults after restarting Minecraft or the server.
- Fixed custom chicken definitions from `chickens_custom.json` being ignored or losing their configured values after a reboot.
- Existing configuration files are now authoritative and will not be overwritten during startup.
- Config templates are only created when the files do not already exist.
- Existing players and server owners can update normally without deleting their config files.
If a setting was already lost by an earlier version, reapply it once after updating.
