Update to Minecraft 1.21 and added new experimental enchantment.
## New Features
New Experimental Enchantment:
- **Bedrock Breaker**: Allows you to break bedrock, but consumes 200 durability per block.
## Balacing
- **Vein Miner**: Propagation of the effect includes the 8 diagonal edges.
## Technical Changes
- Added new tags for **Bedrock Breaker**.
- Update pack format to 48.
