Changes

### 2.2.0-neoforge.1 - Initial NeoForge Server Port - Added initial NeoForge 1.21.1 dedicated-server port of Terrain Diffusion. - Requires NeoForge 21.1.233+ and Java 21. - Supports server-side Terrain Diffusion world generation via server.properties. - Added Windows DirectML GPU inference support. Bundles ONNX Runtime DirectML support inside the jar. - Added automatic model download/validation for Terrain Diffusion model assets. - Added /td-explore terrain explorer web UI support. - Added per-world Terrain Diffusion scale persistence. - Added server config for GPU/CPU mode, model validation, explorer port, tile size, and spawn search. - Known limitation: this port is currently server-side only and does not provide the Fabric mod’s client world-creation UI.
