Changes:
- Added configuration in `config/no-end-flash.json`
- Added command `noendflash` integrated with config, by default, end flash is blocked (mini-docs in README)
- Using Mojang mappings
- Refactor blocking end flash functions (now, EndFlashState wont tick while end flash disabled)
- Now supported 26.1.x versions!
