Added server-side opt-out per Modrinth content rule 3.2. Servers can disable the optimization by sending a custom-payload plugin message on `optiplus:disable` or `optiplus-anchor:disable` (payload body is ignored). The flag resets on disconnect. See README for Bukkit / Fabric / Velocity examples.
