patch update
- changed Polish characters in the console to regular ones, e.g. "
ę" to "e" or "ą" to "a" so that the messages are readable and "???" does not appear instead.
- added support for /pv vanish <nick> or /pasivanishvanish <nick>
- susceptibility to incorrect configuration has been corrected
- minor bugs fixed
