Changes

- Changed ore generation to match buffed numbers in the fabric version. - Removed pigsteel mines. - Pigsteel will now sometimes spawn encased in porkslag. - Pigsteel ore features now use the "c:is_nether" tag to decide which biomes to spawn in (to help with mod compatibility)
