A big update aimed at fluids and datapack QoL!
- Adds custom fluid support
- Adds templates to datapacks
- Adds `"PASS"`, `"FORWARD"`, `"AND"`, `"OR"`, `"NOT"`, `"HAS_FLUID"`, `"IF"`
- `"ADD_LEVEL"` now has a `"fluid"` parameter
- Error messages are far more descriptive in most cases
