## What's New
- **Overhauled randomization algorithm:** randomization rules have been refined and new ones added (*based on item tags and rarity*) to ensure more balanced crafting and improve compatibility with other mods and their custom recipes.
## Changes & Fixes
- **Flint and Steel** and **Shears** will no longer appear in recipes when the `[RC] Exclude Tools & Armor` gamerule is enabled.
- The **Crafter** will no longer appear in recipes when the `[RC] Exclude Functional Blocks` gamerule is enabled.
