π Command Overhaul π
---------------------------
Massively overhauled the `/rtsapi` system, for the full details including the list of all commands, see: https://github.com/SoLegendary/reignofnether/blob/1.20.1-1.4.2/src/main/java/com/solegendary/reignofnether/commands/README.md
- All commands have been moved to `/rtsapi building/unit/player` (no dash) - old commands still exist only for backwards compatibility
- Added many more commands including a set of camera-related ones
- Added Building, Unit and PlayerName arguments with a variety of selectors like `@b`, `@p`, `@r`, `@s`
- Building data can now be manipulated using `/data get/merge/modify/remove building`
- You can now use `/execute` with RoN commands with a child command category rts-related
- You can now add `onDeathCommand` NBTs to any unit to have them execute that command on death
Thank you to **@xiaohuigehhy** for the work on this!

βοΈ Quality of Life βοΈ
----------------
- All existing militia in saved maps can no longer be converted back into villagers
- Villagers now convert into the temporary_militia entity which follow the normal rules for conversion
- Militia town centre range is now calculated only horizontally (so it better matches the circle radius)
π οΈ Bugfixes π οΈ
--------------
- Workers can no longer repair a building while garrisoned inside it
- Unit underlines are now visible behind blocks
- Fixed bridges sometimes not being placeable
- Fixed bridges overwriting terrain blocks
- Fixed chunks disappearing if the worldborder was changed while fog of war was enabled
- Note this can still cause lag spikes on slower servers
