**Fixes/Optimizations**
- Fixed `/repeatersound alarmMessage` writing to the wrong config key (`interaction_mode` → `alarm_message`)
- Fixed the config screen label for `disabled_message` so it no longer reuses the alarm message text
- Refactored `ComparatorBlockMixin` to remove shared mutable fields and rely only on per-call parameters
- Centralized config validation in `ConfigManager`, so commands and config screen now share the same validation rules
- Normalized and validated stored config values on startup, automatically repairing invalid entries with defaults
- Unified configuration validation flow for all entrypoints (startup, commands and config screen)
