New features: - Now able to send world id packets to Xaero's minimap mod, no longer requires installing Xaeros's minimap mod on server to make client identifying the server. Enable by setting `"sendXaerosWorldId": true` in config.json. - Built-in English and Simplified Chinese translations, switch based on client's language setting. - Allow importing translations from this mod's or plugin's config directory `server_waypont/lang`. - New command `/wp reload`: reload command permissions and translation files. - New command `/wp tp`: teleport the executor to a waypoint
