Adds three artisan skills - Smithing (crafting XP by material value; resourcefulness returns materials; smelting multicraft x2/x4/x8), Alchemy (brewing XP; chance to keep ingredients), and Enchanting (half-cost enchants and bonus/upgraded enchantments). Sneaking now shows a stealth vignette: the screen edges tint violet while you're hidden near hostiles and flash light when you're spotted.
