**Patched Frame drops on lower end systems**
- Cache a snapshot of the toast config on creation (no more per-frame YAML reads)
- Debounce the config file watcher and move heavy work off the render path
- Reduce per-fram allocations in the toast renderer (orebuild text, reuse colors/scales, cache icon)
