Just a small one with a few fixes.
- Fixed some 'block broken' advancements to unlock before they should have
- EMI/REI now shows buttons & othe overenchanting star for enchantment upgrade recipes when one of the builtin alternate resource packs is enabled
- Improves some command lang files
- Fading food from Tropicraft
