Backport latest version to 1.21.1, changes as follows:
Adds support for custom images!
- To use custom images, simply place the image file under `Your Minecraft Folder/config/splashfox/custom_images`
- It should then automatically show up in the Config GUI for you to choose, listed after the built-in one
**Other changes:**

- Fix the "Flipped" option not working
- Now depends on Fabric API
