### Update Log (English)
#### Headline Features
- Added the first active-festival implementation, centered on the Spring 13 Egg Festival with map overlay activation, Pierre's festival shop, festival entry/exit handling, NPC venue takeover, main-event cutscenes, egg hunt scoring, winner resolution, and return-home flow.
- Integrated Egg Festival story flow with the existing cutscene/event runtime instead of using a separate festival-only timeline, including fade timing, actor staging, camera control, spectator handling, multiplayer actor placement, and dynamic winner dialogue.
- Added multiplayer-aware Egg Festival actor presentation so cutscene player actors can use sorted participant slots, real player UUIDs, player skins, slim/wide model selection, and copied equipment.
#### Festival, Time, and Map Behavior
- Added festival map overlay state handling for the Egg Festival venue and synchronized NPC runtime behavior with the overlay lifecycle.
- Added Egg Festival time-freeze behavior so the venue holds the festival sky/time at 9:00 while participants are inside, then advances to the festival end time when the event finishes.
- Fixed Egg Festival entry checks so the venue opens from the real 9:00 to 14:00 festival window and does not stay blocked by a stale same-day closed session during testing.
- Restored the original setup/start messaging path for Spring 13, including the setup warning before 9:00 and the festival-start broadcast at 9:00.
#### NPCs, Cutscenes, and Interaction Polish
- Added Egg Festival NPC actor control for free-stage placement, main-event lineup, hunt-stage behavior, award-stage staging, temporary non-contestant removal, and spawn suppression during the contest.
- Added Lewis start-contest confirmation so clicking Lewis prompts the original ready question before the main Egg Festival cutscene starts.
- Matched the original NPC fallback winner branch: when no player reaches the egg threshold, Abigail wins, Vincent reacts, Abigail walks up for the prize, and then returns to the lineup.
- Improved cutscene player/NPC visuals around black fades and award movement so real-stage transitions do not leak on screen and award winners face the expected direction.
#### UI, Audio, Rewards, and Localization
- Added Egg Festival HUD, actionbar timer/count display, scoreboard scoring, whistle/timer/coin/music feedback, and localized festival dialogue and system messages.
- Added temporary player-facing prize text noting that prize items are not hooked up in this version yet.
- Expanded English and Simplified Chinese localization for the new festival flow, including setup, entry, hunt, result, and award text.
