- `IGeneratorVisualizer` and `IVisualizerType` now extend `ISyncRegistries` which has `#additionalSynchronization` and `#elementCodecForRegistry`, allowing GVs to specify how a registry is synced
- `#elementCodecForRegistry` has been changed to operate similarly to `#additionalSynchronization` to avoid having to deal with type casts
- Update `ClimateFeatureCache#codecForRegistry` to handle the `#elementCodecForRegistry` changes
- Add `ITFCGeneratorVisualizer` which syncs TFC's rock settings registry and is the base of the built-in grid and chunk scale GVs
