-Most damage over time effects no longer use NBT tags and no longer activate every tick
-Noxious Brew no longer regenerates the undertaker's conversion trade
-Reduced the amount of coins the undertaker gives when receiving a noxious brew while he has an empty stock from 8-16 to 4-8
-The player can no longer interact with the undertaker if they have a noxious brew in hand
-Noxious Brew no longer reshuffles the undertaker's inventory if a player is currently trading with him
