The config file wasn't changed.
This version supports 1.21.11, but at the moment only on Spigot, Paper currently only works up to 1.21.10 because of the mappings used. This should however change soon without requiring another update by Themis.

- added support for Minecraft versions 1.21.9, 1.21.10 and experimental support for 1.21.11
- fixed packet spoof false positives when standing on happy ghasts
