With the introduction of [Block Transformers](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Block_transformer_definition) in 26.3, the old switching system is no longer necessary. Now, you can just use the Paxel normally to strip wood, unwax and unoxidize copper blocks, and path dirt type blocks. To till dirt type blocks into farmland, you have to sneak!
