- config.yml and messages.yml separated.
- New serverwhitelist feature. You can set a per-server whitelist and players with the specific permission can bypass it `velocityutils.serverwhitelist.bypass`
- Maintenance player list in config replaced with a permission to bypass the restriction `velocityutils.maintenance.bypass`
