## Bug Fixes:
- **Fix Viner Using Tools** A user reported tools not working when using Viner. This is fixed now!
- **Fix Enchantments on Tools** Fixing an issue where unbreaking and silk touch weren't being applied when Vining.
- **Fixing Typo in Default Config** Fixing an issue where the default Vineable block list misspells `Sculk` as `Skulk`
## Improvmenets:
- **Tick Performance** Fixed `ClientTickEvent` handlers firing twice per tick by subscribing only to the `Post` phase.
