- **Architectural Extraction (Goat Horn Handler)**: Extracted 260-line Goat Horn command logic (Ponder, Feel, Sing, Yearn, Seek) out of `InstrumentItemMixin.java` into standalone helper class `WolfHornHelper.java`, keeping `InstrumentItemMixin` clean and minimal ("1 File, 1 Purpose").
