Patch Notes:
- Added `/function we:tools/move` tool. Can only be used after the copy tool and moves the selected area to the position you are currently at.
- Added `/function we:misc/phasing` toggle. Allows the user to phase through blocks when flying. Is disabled by standard.
- Added `/function we:tools/undo` tool. Revert the latest change you made. Can only revert the last change.
- Changed the wand item to a wooden axe.
- Made some optimizations.
