Changes since 7.3.0 Beta 2
- Include changes from 7.2.18
- Further minor performance improvements
- Fixed an issue where `//perf off` would turn off more than it should
- Fix EditSession initialisation without a world triggering a non-friendly error
- Send biome chunk updates to the client when possible
