Bug fixes:
- fixed nametags being broken for some users
- fixed war tower achievements (thanks again to @colossal_rat for helping me test this)
- added a slider for provoke timer duration (default 5s)
- added an option to hide the background blur in the tetris screen so youre able to see other stuff while playing (like the attack timer)
