- Disabled temperature changes from the `Fabric Seasons` mod
- This really did not fit well with distant horizons (or the map) as the snow/ice was only generated directly around players in winter
- Added `Distant Horizons` as a link instead of hard-including it in the modpack
- This means that there should no longer be a need for the server-only version
