Mod Update:
A new mechanic has been added: Empowerment
You can use an anvil to empower any item!
You first need to use an Ice petal Dryad bloom to apply the basic empowerment
Then you can use Blindfrost Beast Slime for ownership binding
You can use books to perform Residual Magic infusion
When Residual Magic reaches level 5, you can use a Bloated Snowfall Tuber for Rooted Repair (which can repair items while under the Over-Rooting effect)
You can use a Frost Dust Detector to empower a Snow Accumulation Detector for detecting the Frost Powder value in chunks
