Added a new block:
Dust Absorber: This block absorbs Frost Dust values within the chunk every random tick and converts them into the item form of Frost Dust. To function, it requires that there are no blocks in the surrounding 3×3×3 area (including above itself) and that it is undamaged.
When fully stored, the block will enter an irreparable damaged state. Frost Dust items cannot be extracted from this block using hoppers.
During operation, the block absorbs 1% of the Frost Dust value.
This block is crafted using Frosted Stone and Bloated Snowfall Taro Tuber.
