Updated Extra Frost Dust value. When a creature has Extra Frost Dust value, the Frost Dust value used for checks against that creature will be the sum of the chunk's Frost Dust value and the creature's Extra Frost Dust value.
Updated the Sampling Needle and Inspection Report. They can now be used to detect a creature's Hyperplasia value and Extra Frost Dust value.
