# Hotfix
A keystrokes code exported from the designer used to carry only the geometry — where each
key sits and how big it is — so importing one painted the sender's layout with whatever
design you already had. It now carries the whole look: the design, the animations and
their direction, the release trail, the board, the scale and every color, including
anything a single key overrides on its own. Its position on your screen is deliberately
left out.
**Ctrl+Z** after an import also failed instead of undoing it, which mattered because a
keystrokes import is the one import that takes no backup config.
Full-config codes are untouched. Keystrokes codes made before this release still import,
carrying no look of their own; codes exported from 1.2.1 onward are rejected by earlier
builds, so anyone still on 1.2.0 needs to update before your layout will reach them.
