Fixes & Changes:
- Fixed several Black Book issues.
- Fixed Block effecting brews not working.
- Fixed future brews being Aquatic/Fire Proof after the previous ones have it.
- Fixed summon_fiery sound file bug.
- Reworked Pressure effect from making Creepers instantly explode when targeting the affected to making the affected periodically take damage when surrounded by 3 or more entities that can see them.
- Obsidian Monoliths now glow to make them more easier to find during Apostle battles.
- Improved some effect icons.
- Improved Totemic Bomb glow effect when it's about to explode.
- Improved how Eerie Pickaxe immediately picks up broken blocks.
- Removed Redstone Monstrosity Spit Range config since it's very wonky.
